Soya Bean!!

Well.. today had ERT.. finally went after skipping twice.. xD
so today we made soya bean so happy! xD as usual,
i grouped up with Kha Nih Tha.. and the others la.. ^^


so this was wad we did :




1. Preparation of the Soya Bean.. 

We actually had to place it in the water to
allow it to enlarge.. so we did it the moment 
we reached school. ^^








2. Blend the Soya Bean


We had to use almost 1 Litre to blend the Soya Bean.
We can reuse the Soya Bean twice to get the juice.








3. Now we pour the blended Soya Bean into the coffee strainer.


The soya juice when squeezed in the next step will be in the pot below










4. Now we squeeze the strainer in order to get all the juice out.


Use both hands and press with all your strength.
Make sure that everything is properly squeezed out.
This is to ensure no Soya is wasted.
The excess of the Soya is then blended again to repeat the process.






5. Since now the soya juice is in the pot, you may add a few Pandan Leaves to make it have a greater taste and aroma.


Put the pot on medium / high fire and stir slowly.
This process may take 30 minutes or more.




6. Add two cups of sugar into the pot and stir.


This is to give taste to the Soya Bean so it won't taste flat.


7. Add in Full Cream Evaporated Milk into the pot.


This gives extra taste.
Be careful not to pour too much (like us) if not i'll be too sweet.








8. Last Step which is to cool down the Soya Bean drink.


Kha Nih Tha wanted a new drink called " Soya Tarik " xD
This method helps a lot to cool the drink faster.
And once it is cool down, you can sit down and enjoy~
